Order Processing Time
a. We strive to process and ship all orders within 3 business days of receiving them, excluding weekends and holidays.
b. In case of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, there might be a slight delay in processing, but we will do our best to keep you informed.

Depending on your location, we provide standard shipping method that may be fulfilled by reputable carriers, including but not limited to national postal services and private couriers.
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping for orders over$15, and orders below $15 will be charged $4.99 flat shipping fee.
Estimated Delivery Time
a. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination. Typically, orders shipped within the same country may take 2-7 business days, while international orders may take 7-20 business days.
b. Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Factors such as customs processing, local holidays, and unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery timelines. These shipping estimates represent the time it takes for an item to reach your home AFTER it leaves the factory and do NOT include production time for out of stock or made to order items.
Tracking Information
a. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment online.
b. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Incorrect Address
It is essential to provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address or multiple delivery attempts), we will attempt to contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
