RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure that you have a satisfactory experience with your purchase. We stand behind all of the products we have curated for our site, and we work with the best manufacturers in the world to ensure you'll love every item. The design details, quality, safety, and sustainability of our products will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. We hope you love your selections, but if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to provide you with flexibility and peace of mind when returning products. Please read the following return guidelines carefully:

Returns Eligibility

a. Not every item on our site is eligible for a return. You can contact our customer service at customerservice@unixmoment.com for enquiry. We do not accept returns on Final Sale items. Please note, we also do not accept returns on:

  • Wired or assembled products
  • Custom made to order items
  • Used items or items without original packaging
  • Altered items (repainted, refinished, cut, etc.)
  • Final sale items or gift cards
b. You may initiate a return within 14 days from the date of completing delivery. After this period, we regret that we cannot accept returns.
c. All returns over $100 are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Any item returned will have a flat return fee of $5. 
d. If the return and exchange is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, faculty items, damaged, wrong product), we will cover the return shipping costs and expedite the exchange process.

How Do I Return My Item?

a. If you are returning an item, please keep your item’s original packaging and request a return by reaching out to our customer service team via email at customerservice@unixmoment.com. Once you request your return, we will send you a return label with the appropriate return address and Return Authorization (RA) number within five business days of your return request. This number is essential for the processing of your return.

b. Once you receive the RA number, securely pack the item(s) and include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip inside the package.

c. Ship the return package to the address provided along with the RA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of the return.

Note that all items shipped back without an RA number or outside the 14-day return period will not be accepted and will be returned to you. We cannot accept returns without the original packaging. Please note, products may only be returned from the location of original delivery.

How Can I Receive My Refund?

a. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
b.  We offer Original Form of Payment: Receive your refund to your original form of payment for the merchandise price, less a 20% restocking fee when order is over $100 and cost of outbound shipping. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
c. If we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions or returns from such customers at any time.

Exchanges

a. If you wish to exchange your item(s) for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item(s).
b. If the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs and expedite the exchange process.

Cancellation Policy

We allow customers to cancel an order without any charges within 24 hours after it was placed. After this period, the order may have already been processed and shipped, and therefore, cancellation is not permitted under that situation.

Why Do You Assess Restocking Fees on Returns?

When you return an item, a lot of time, labor, and company cost is required to receive your package and restock your item back into our warehouses. Additionally, the majority of furniture and accessories returned are not packaged to original factory standards or incur damage during transit. We must assess restocking fees on returns to account for the labor associated and the quantity of returned items that cannot be accepted or resold.
